Moravian Manor Retirement Community- I.L. Wing
Lititz, Pennsylvania

The Independent Living Wing consists of a 68,000 SF L-shaped two-story apartment building with an underground parking garage with 40 spaces. The building includes 32 independent living apartments ranging in size from 1,100 SF to 1,200 SF, the majority of which includes two bedrooms, a sunroom and balcony or patio. The design includes single loaded corridors and lounge and activity areas with views to landscaped courtyards.

Rosemont Presbyterian Village- Dining Room
Rosemont, Pennsylvania

Renovations and expansion to enlarge the existing personal care dining room and create a satellite kitchen to serve the expanded dining room. This project also includes a new wood and glass wall at the  entrance to  the main dining  room

Homestead Village - Therapy Pool
Lancaster, Pennsylvania

New construction of 6,000SF therapy pool facility.

The new pool will be used by private patients and Homestead Village residents and is encircled by a two-lane walking track and uses dehumidification and heat reclaim for controlling temperature and humidity.

Homestead Village - Villa Neighborhood
Lancaster, Pennsylvania

44 unit duplex and triplex prototype residential unit development at Homestead Village.

Work included design of three villa types which could be combined into several building configurations.

The project was popular with residents and was completed in two years, one year ahead of schedule.

Hutchinson House
Devon, Pennsylvania

Exterior

Design work to convert an existing nursing center to an Assisted Living Facility for the Memory Impaired. The work includes creating several new activity/gathering areas which include a garden room with a new connection to an enclosed garden, a residential “front porch” and a memorabilia room.
