Work included design of three villa types which could be combined into several building configurations.
The project was popular with residents and was completed in two years, one year ahead of schedule.
Homestead Village - Therapy Pool
Lancaster, Pennsylvania
New construction of 6,000SF therapy pool facility.
The new pool will be used by private patients and Homestead Village residents.
Work included interior build-out of an existing daylight basement in the personal care facility for exercise and fitness areas, locker rooms, and offices.
The pool features a large spa and a wheelchair ramp for access to the pool
The new pool is encircled by a two-lane walking track and uses dehumidification and heat reclaim for controlling temperature and humidity.
