Ted took over the Principal Architect position in 2013, after 7 years at Hammel Associates Architects. He has a vast and diverse talent in architectural design that includes historic preservation, restoration, adaptive reuse, additions and infill building as well as new building design.

Professionally, Ted is committed to, and experienced in, producing designs that are aesthetically pleasing, functional and affordable, while paying close attention to clients’ budgets and needs.

As a recognized LEED accredited professional with extensive knowledge of building codes, Ted has been a featured speaker at numerous local, state, and national conferences on topics including sustainable design, building code applications for existing and historic buildings, and urban development.
