N. Charlotte Street Carriage House

This project began with an idea to recapture the character of the original Victorian carriage house that once belonged to this property. Located in Downtown Lancaster City, this carriage house provides a new 4-car stacked garage with hydraulic lifts, and a metal- and wood-working shop. The design captures the Victorian character of the original carriage house (located on an adjacent property) and the existing house, with a slate roof, clay fishscale tiles and custom millwork.
