Dauphin County Housing Authority

This 6,000 SF renovation completely transformed the dated, dark administrative office which had seen few improvements from its original construction in 1974. All mechanical systems were replaced and the building envelope was modernized with generous glazing and energy efficient systems. Demountable interior glass partitions provide natural daylighting and views to all employee offices and workstations. The result was a fully ADA compliant office, secure reception area and meeting spaces, a new board room, improved circulation, expanded storage and generous employee amenities.
