Eurofins Parking Garage

This six-level structured parking garage designed for Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories at their Lancaster campus strikes a cutting contrast with the surrounding farmland. With the majority of this farmland being preserved for posterity, Eurofins had few options to accommodate parking for their growing campus.

A new 1,250 vehicle parking garage was the unlikely solution to solve this problem and became the tallest building in Leola, PA. By simply playing with two tones of concrete, Hammel Associates was able to provide a unique design, with ordinary materials.
