Hammel Associates has long dedicated our expertise to creating and improving public housing opportunities throughout Pennsylvania. This has resulted in over 75 projects that have significantly enhanced how our neighbors live.

We have developed relationships with public housing authorities in Lancaster, York, Reading, Dauphin County, Cumberland County, Allentown, Nanticoke and Montgomery County. We have completed multiple project for each of these housing authorities as well as for Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, and currently have 7 open ended or multi-year contracts with public housing authorities.

Our projects have included annual Capital Fund Projects, award winning subsidized rehabilitation of historic single family homes, new construction of administrative office buildings, self-funded Energy Performance Contracts, feasibility studies for expansion of various housing authorities portfolios and multiple projects for private development arms of various housing authorities.
