Washington Inn

This 1700s historic Inn is one of the oldest buildings in Churchtown, previously used for balls, a store, a saddler and blacksmith shop, town meetings and the old “vest pocket” elections. After a much needed restoration with phased renovations, the stone building was recently featured twice on DIY Network’s, Stone House Revival.
Our scope of work focused on the rear of the home, creating an open floor plan, renovating the 1st and 2nd floors. A few special features include new wall cladding, a new porch and hardscaping. Windows were placed throughout the Inn, creating larger openings in the living space and kitchen to capture the beautiful view of the rolling hills.
