The Lofts at Stehli Silk Mill

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designed by C. Emlen Urban, the Stehli Silk Mill was the longest single building in the United States and the second longest in the world at 883 feet, when it was completed in 1925. In preserving the character of the industrial architecture, brick walls, staircases and window details have been rehabilitated and incorporated into this monumental adaptive-reuse project to create 165 new market rate apartments, a restaurant, and 18,000 SF of commercial space.
