Private Residence, Lititz, PA

This project included a few additions and complete renovation of an existing 2-story residence in Lititz. A new garage and covered patio add additional parking and a beautiful area to enjoy the outdoors and features a wood burning fireplace. Custom millwork is featured throughout the home, including bookcases around a new gas fireplace and large cubbies in the mudroom for convenient storage. The second story features a newly renovated master suite featuring a walk-in closet and spacious master bathroom. The basement area provided additional space for a full bathroom and home gym.
