La Academia Charter School | Hammel Associates Architecture

Our Master Plan for the charter school included a two-story annex with a fenced-in rooftop play area, a connecting corridor, interior renovations and plenty of parking.

We used color coded drawings to present our design plan to the School Board of Directors and city officials. In addition to drawings, the Master Plan contains a summary of all zoning and building code analyses, along with a detailed list of architectural spaces, proposed building materials and cost estimates.

In addition to our master planning, we have completed several renovations throughout the facility, and donated design services to develop a new logo and developed a comprehensive, unified branding guide for the school.
